Ryan is pursuing certification in the AMGA Rock and Ski Guide tracks, and has achieved certification as a Single Pitch Instructor and PSIA Level 1 Ski Instructor. He is a Wilderness First Responder, has completed an AMGA Rock Guide Course and AIARE II.
